This machine sieves liquid, even with the highest degree of viscosity and density with finest nets, this improves the quality of the final product. The three-dimensional movement of the screens allows an immediate separation of liquid from solid, who to deposit into the outer area of the screen, leaving the net always clean. The screens are composed of a ring over wich a stainless steel net is stretched and fastened. The average life of the net is five months, and the sostitution of the net can be carry by any member of the service personnel in a short time. “MASTER” MIXER
The mixer “MASTER”, featuring a unique construction and operative function avoids any problem usually associated with a traditional glaze tank. A special control float ensures that pressure and delivery are maintained constant irrespectively of whether the tank is at minimun or maximun level. The tank is also equipped with an indipendent low energy consumption agitator wich may be left on, even when the pump is not in use, since all the glaze may be transfered to the upper tank section when production is stopped by means of a shut off valve located between the two tank sections.

The advantage’s are the wear-resistant rubber covering of the pump body and the complete emptying and automatic washing of the tank. and the “Troppo pieno” pit, that keep constant the level of glaze, in the area of the glaze-suction of the pump. This ensures that pressure and delivery are maintained constant irrespectively of whether the tank is at minimun or maximun level. Even when the pump is not in use, since all the glaze may be transfered to the biggest tank section when production is stopped by means of a shut off valve located between the two tank sections.
