EXPELLER AT ROLLERS

The tile expeller can have different functions;

Temperature  check:  it  reads  tile  temperature , the machine discards automatically the piece when temperature is out of setted range  “ Tile size check: it  is assigned a length in bits to the tiles , the machine  detects  length through  three  photoelectric  cells, when  de-tected length is below than set up value the machine expels  the piece.

”Collecting samples”:  the machine draws pieces from lines after digital machines or at end-line , tiles pause on roller conveyor on the  side of the line , facilitating the operator who draws pieces for samples or proofs.

Combined with control quality machine it receives a signal when tiles present defects and it  rejects them automatically
