TOP AIRLESS 6 represents the excellence of application machines for big size; it has been specially designed to increase surface finishing and surface quality. This was possible thanks to the new software and the original design that the machine does on large plates.

Top airless 6 is currently the only machine on the market that allows you to use nozzles of different sizes, and it performs more uniform covering with the same cabin giving the operator the opportunity to use nozzles for the cover and nozzles dedicated to the perfect surface finishing.

This new glazing concept has been specially designed by TG MAC to meet the needs of the biggest and the most historic companies producer of big size tile that to expand their market over the years they have had to produce slab to be used as kitchen tops and in all those areas where it is required a superficial quality absolutely excellent and without defect.

The new nozzle conveyor system allows to work at high speeds without vibration, and the use of a single motor for axis moving allows considerable energy savings and machine maintenance costs saving for the machine and guarantees a considerable simplicity of use by the operator. The raised size of the stainless steel cabin guarantees long working times without any need for washing and an effective glaze savings. Shape and size also allows the slow decanting of the product which is completely restrained inside the cabin, avoiding polluting the ceramic environment.

POMPA AIRLESS “MASTER JET 400 ES”

The main characteristic of the Masterjet pump 400ES is that it is equipped with bigger pumping group that consent to work with pression up to 40 bar, and a high efficiency gear motor allowing a considerable saving of electric energy (up to 70% less) and to have a flow and pressure range much larger than the other airless pumps on the market. The mechanically actuated membranes, assure a pulse-free supply thus avoiding also the contamination of the enamel in the tub in case of breakage of one or more membranes. It is equipped with an electric panel with inverter and pressure sensor that controls and maintains constant the enamel pressure by varying the motor Hz. In addition, when the motor moves of a settable value in Hz from the initial work, the operator is alerted by a warning light and an audible warning device. It is thus possible immediately to identify and solve problems due to cloggings in the nozzles or at too low levels of the enamel in the tub.

GLAZING MACHINE “CRYSTAL SKIN” + CONTROL FLUX DEVICE

CONTROL FLUX DEVICE

Device equipped with a sensor that controls enamel flux pressure from the basin to the glazing machine. In case of alteration it increases or reduces the pump engine rotations through and inverter so it keeps enamel flux pressure constant.

AIRLESS PUMP “MASTER JET 250 S”

The “MASTER JET 250 S” pump allows correct application of all suspended ceramic mixtures, and assures constant product distribution. The pump with three 120° pistons, with membrane mechanically moved, guarantees an supply without pulse, and make impossible the pollution of the glaze from the oil of the pump, id one or more membrane get broken. It is equipped with electric board with inverter and a sensor to control and keep enamel pressure constant by varying engine Hz. Moreover, when the engine has a change of 1.5 Hz respect to the initial working value, a blinker goes off to warn the operator of the malfunctioning. So you can immediately detect and solve the problems due to nozzle obstruction or too low enamel levels in the tank. The electric board with touch screen has got the pump forced washing function , during washing operationspushing a button the pump works at maximum HZ for a defined time helping the internal cleaning of the pump, especially in presence of grit in glaze . After the washing time , the pump gets automatically back to setted work pression.

Evolution of the big size cabin, created by TG MAC srl in 2008. Thanks to the experience gained during these years, the application has been changed and improved, achieving excellent levels of drafting  product  and reliability of  machine.

Specially designed to have a perfect application with   high density glaze  and to work with glaze and grits. The perfect drafting  is obtained thanks to a new “drawing”  that the machine makes on tiles, nozzles translation  speed has been greatly increased and upgraded and it has been increased  also stainless steel structure and electrical system. The new shape of the cabin and increased  sizes  to raise the internal volume allow an effective saving of glaze between five and eight per cent, and long shifts without the need of washing.
